Acas guide to discrimination laws published

Conciliation
and arbitration body Acas has released its latest advice for employers on how
best to comply with new EU discrimination laws.

The
draft guidelines on sexual orientation discrimination and discrimination on the
grounds of religion and belief relate to new EU rules, which come into force
next month.

The
guides are summarise the new law, provide case examples, best practice guides,
and include question-and-answer sections.
