AGR appoints new chair

The
Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR) has appointed Alison Hodgson as its
new chair.

The
appointment was confirmed at the employer group’s annual AGM and she will
formally take up the post in December.

Hodgson
was formerly the AGR’s finance director and is UK and Ireland resourcing
manager for global catering and support services company Sodexho.

Commenting
on her new role, Hodgson said: "My key challenges going forward will be
maintaining and enhancing the momentum that the AGR’s recent business review
has set in motion as well as ensuring we keep ahead of the market in our
membership proposition."
