ATS Euromaster signs up to new P&MM employee benefits scheme

by Personnel Today 9 Mar 2011
by Personnel Today 9 Mar 2011

ATS EUROMASTER SETS THE MOTIVATIONAL WHEELS IN MOTION

ATS Euromaster, the nationwide tyre retailer and leading tyre service provider, which comprises a network of 380 service centres around the UK, will be offering its employees a new employee benefits package, designed and implemented by leading specialists P&MM. The programme will be run via P&MM’s new employee benefits platform, branded to ATS Euromaster, and will offer employees access to childcare vouchers as well as 1000s of premium discounts  at UK retailers and service providers.

Employees will be able to take advantage of the extensive range of discounts within the Lifestyle package covering: health and leisure, food and entertainment, green and ethical products and services; home and motoring, as well as P&MM’s unique and market leading “in house” travel concierge service. P&MM’s new Lifestyle offering enables people to access discounts via telephone, online voucher codes, reloadable gift cards, gift vouchers and SMS vouchers, meaning that staff can choose the discount method to suit their individual shopping behaviour.

Marian McLoughlin, Group Reward & Benefits Manager at ATS Euromaster, commented: “It is our belief that employees who enjoy their free time are more likely to feel happy in the workplace and be more engaged with the organisation. By offering our people special benefits and privileges that enable a positive work-life balance, which is what this new scheme promises on all levels, we feel that we are investing in the core of the organisation. The new scheme should help to encourage our employees to feel more positive about working for ATS Euromaster and enthused to contribute to our future

Marian continued: “P&MM has provided such a vast range of offers with this programme, which can be accessed via the telephone and the very compelling website easily, there really is something in there for everyone. I have also been very impressed with the level of professionalism with which it has all been delivered by their team who understood and met our core objectives.

Richard Davies, Head of Employee Benefits at P&MM, commented: “We’ve worked closely with ATS Euromaster to ensure that we deliver a programme that best fits the profile of its workforce by offering the types of perks that are guaranteed to appeal. Our new website platform offers an excellent way of delivering this in a user-friendly way, connecting staff with their employer to aid motivation. Users will quickly realise just how much they can get out of the programme by regularly engaging with it and I look forward to our continuing work with ATS Euromaster.”
