Elinor Flynn
Elinor Flynn is Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour at London Business School. Her research examines the consequences of diversity initiatives and contributors to inequality in organisations, with a particular focus on gender. She also studies how employees navigate work-life tradeoffs and their implications for well-being and organisational diversity. Her research has been published in top journals including Journal of Applied Psychology and Academy of Management Journal.
