Dr Emily Andrews is deputy director for work at the Centre for Ageing Better. She leads its work to create equitable access to work for people in their 50s and 60s. Emily heads up the centre's Work Action Area team, delivering the Age-friendly Employer Pledge, various projects to improve the quality of employment support for over 50s, and all policy and influencing work relating to employment and older workers.
