Lisa Gunn is mental health prevention lead at Nuffield Health. She started her career in the field of forensic psychology, working in HM Prison service with adults and young offenders delivering interventions using CBT techniques. Lisa then managed a 'Guns and Gangs' unit assisting young people involved in gang culture. She also worked in community rehabilitation in the field of addiction. Lisa then moved into the field of mental health more specifically and trained as a low-intensity CBT therapist and worked with corporate clients particularly in vocational rehabilitation. As mental health prevention lead for Nuffield Health, Lisa creates content, training, and delivery in the preventative space of mental health.
