Max Rumley is a senior leader with over a decade’s experience working across numerous prisons across London, South Yorkshire and now the Midlands. In his earlier career he worked in a non-operational capacity working for charity sector providers. In 2019, he transitioned into an operational role with Serco at HMP Doncaster, in senior leadership roles overseeing residential units and services. He joined the team at HMP Fosse Way, a Cat C Resettlement prison, in October 2022 as the assistant director of resettlement, and now plays a key strategic role focused on reducing reoffending
