Bath Consultancy Group, a leading specialist organisational development consultancy announces today the appointment of David Jarrett as Chief Executive.

David Jarrett’s move from Managing Director to Chief Executive Officer highlights Bath Consultancy Group’s growth plans and his role will be to extend the company’s reach globally.

The organisation’s leadership team will focus on developing the core sectors of high-tech, commercial, the public sector, financial and professional services.

Other changes include Chairman Professor Peter Hawkins moving to Non-Executive Chairman, which is an important transition in the development of the Bath Consultancy Group.

David Jarrett says, “It’s an exciting time for us. The business is consolidating into a global niche consultancy focusing on organisation effectiveness and change. We are all energised by the opportunities for working with and supporting our UK and global clients through their particular challenges in the current climate.

“In recent years we’ve been seriously growing our international network and increasingly delivering global programmes for our clients drawing on worldwide experience and best practice. Our consultants have recently been delivering programmes in Istanbul, Kiev, Ukraine, Iran, Helsinki, Qatar and New York – a fantastic cross section of international perspectives.

“We are focussed on delivering our potential for growth and developing our reputation in the market.”
