Midland Software will demonstrate the latest developments to Trent, its fully integrated HR and payroll solution, focusing on the new payroll model and hot topics such as knowledge management and self service.

Time recording specialist hfx will introduce its InVision SPS staff planning system, which aids call centre rostering and has been adopted by major call centres in Germany.

Intellect is showcasing the latest version of its Workforce On-line intranet/Internet software, which provides a platform to distribute frequently changing HR information out to employees, together with an appropriate mechanism for their direct feedback with data changes and requests.

Compendium Corporation will be previewing its new Web-based performance and management development tool ChangeEngine, an HR platform that aids managers in day-to-day dealings with employees. Components are based on the organisation’s values, objectives and competencies, and can be fully customised to fit with the corporate identity, including logos, colours and terminology.

KCS will demonstrate the latest options for HR and payroll specialists, including Internet-based outsourcing solutions and self-service options. It will also advise on renting software over the Internet as an ASP (application service provider) alternative. Missing Link will be demonstrating the latest updates to its HR system, including Web-enabled employee self service and line manager access.
