CRE chairman charged with public order offence

The
chairman of the Commission for Racial Equality has been charged with a public
order offence following an incident outside Lord’s cricket ground.

Gurbux
Singh was charged with threatening behaviour towards a police officer following
an England one-day international against India on 13 July.
