Customer Service Team Expansion for Specsavers Corporate Eyecare

The customer services team has been expanded at Specsavers Corporate Eyecare with the appointment of Sarah Collier, customer service adviser.  The team is now nine-strong and supports the field sales team with corporate sales back-up, dealing specifically with corporate enquiries and fulfilling orders for eyecare vouchers.

Collier comes with a strong background in customer services, joining from a busy administration role in a solicitors’ practice.

She, along with the rest of the customer services team, reports into customer services and telemarketing manager Paul Askew, who says: ‘We are increasingly busy on the corporate sales side of the business and we welcome Sarah’s appointment as an important addition to the team, she comes with a solid background in putting clients first and will fit in well.’
