Six rail
managers have been charged with manslaughter over the Hatfield crash where four
people died and 70 were injured.
Rail company
Network Rail and maintenance company Balfour Beatty have also been charged with
corporate manslaughter.

According to
the Evening Standard, it is the first time individuals or companies have
been charged with manslaughter following a rail crash.
