HR consultancy Hewitt Associates has opened its first office in Russia.
The new Moscow office is to focus on HR consulting services, and executive compensation, and will also lead and co-ordinate Hewitt’s consulting work within the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
Natalia Tikhomirova will head up the new branch, having joined from Deloitte CIS, where she served as senior consultant.
She said: “The timing is excellent for Hewitt to enter the Russian market. The rapid business growth in Russia has translated into a growing demand for HR consulting from both domestic Russian companies and from multinationals.”
