overwhelming majority of HR professionals want to see further reform of the
employment tribunal system, according to a poll of Personneltoday.com users.
More
than 90 per cent of the 103 respondents agree with the recent report by the
Employment Tribunal taskforce which concluded that a major overhaul of
employment tribunals is necessary.

latest Acas figures show a slight drop in the number of tribunal applications,
but the organisation is bracing itself for a steep increase over coming months
as new legislation is expected to drive up numbers.
