Rene Carayol.

"You need to be proud of who you are and attract people who are better
than you," he said. "Leadership is about instinct. The right talent
will not need procedures and measures. Foster an environment of liberated
chaos, where people have the freedom to make mistakes."
Carayol will be speaking at the People @ the Heart
of Leadership conference organised by the Institute of Leadership &
Management in London on the 5 and 6 October 2004.
