a search for the best places to work in IT.

This is a good chance for employers with good HR policies to send a positive
message to current and prospective staff – important in a sector where
recruitment and retention are major issues.

The winning organisation will be featured in the "alternative prospectus"
of good places to work and its IT department will receive a fridge full of
beer.
