A recruitment agency for the over 40s has placed over 1,200
people back into work and just opened its fifth outlet.
Forty Plus, which was set up four years ago, has opened a new
agency in Hertfordshire and is currently seeking franchisees in
Buckinghamshire.
Managing director Jill Barnes said, “There is without doubt
age discrimination in the workplace. I’ve had over 40s approaching me whose
confidence is in tatters because employers would not employ them due to their
age.
