MG Rover workers threaten strike action

Workers
at MG Rover are voting on whether to take action over pay, according to website
Ananova.

The
workers at the Longbridge, Birmingham plant have already rejected a 2.5 per
cent offer because of a linked dispute over flexible hours.

Union
officials are not recommending strikes amid warnings that industrial action
could damage the company, the website said.

The
ballot result will be known later this month.
