Net public health data

A large web site and database providing information on public health good
practice around the country has been relaunched.

Our Healthier Nation web site, commissioned by the Department of Health,
supplies regular updates on the Government’s developing health strategy for
England, Saving Lives: Our Healthier Nation.

The site includes research networks and relevant projects, a news digest
service and a "health gateway" to thousands of vetted public health
links.

Health Education Authority web site project manager Mary Ryan said the
service would prove an important resource for OH professionals.
