A new networking group for London HR professionals is launched tomorrow.
Guy Pink, the group’s vice-chair and head of personnel for Victim Support,
said the London HR Connection will provide a forum for the capital’s HR
professionals to exchange views and keep up-to-date with developments across
the employment field.
London HR Connection’s first meeting will be held tomorrow at 12.15pm at
PricewaterhouseCoopers’ offices at Southwark Towers, where the speaker will be
Personnel Today editor Jane King.
The group will meet on the first Wednesday of every month, and will feature
a series of speakers from the world of employment.
"It provides an opportunity for people to network during their
lunchtimes rather than after work," said Pink.
"The meetings will be based on human resources and business issues and
we will be asking members what they think the hot topics are."
