New ‘pay as you go’ HR software for small businesses

by Personnel Today 9 Jun 2011
by Personnel Today 9 Jun 2011

A ground-breaking HR software solution designed to help small businesses manage their people more effectively will be on show for the first time at the CIPD’s HR Software Show (15-16 June at Olympia).

Cezanne OnDemand provides companies with 50-500 employees with a simple-to-use and cost-effective tool that can help them better manage everything from employee profiles to absences and legislative compliance.  It puts the latest information at the fingertips of the HR team – giving them immediate access to the latest data and the confidence to make key HR decisions.

The product is breaking the mould by allowing companies to pay as they go, making an HR software solution a truly cost-effective option for many small businesses for the first time.

Cezanne OnDemand is provided on a Software as a Service basis, which means it is hosted and delivered on-line via a secure server.  This eliminates the need for small businesses to continually invest in their own hardware, software and support services.  They simply log-on via the internet and have immediate access to the system, which Cezanne updates for them with the latest features as they become available.

Cezanne OnDemand costs from as little as £2 per employee per month – subscriptions are simply adjusted to reflect the number of employees being managed and the modules being used.

Julie Windsor, Cezanne Software’s Head of Operations for UK and Benelux says:  “Small companies have many of the same HR challenges as bigger organisations; it’s just as important for them to know who their people are and to stay on top of absences and legislative compliance.  In the past, SMEs have found it difficult to justify the huge upfront costs and time required to implement and manage HR solutions.”

“With Cezanne OnDemand these overheads go away.  A company can be up and running in a couple of days, or even hours;  there’s no need to buy and install additional hardware or software; and they are not committed to paying for capacity that they don’t use.  Monthly subscription fees are based on the actual employees they have in the system.  It’s a much simpler approach.”

“Cezanne OnDemand will give HR professionals in SMEs access to powerful data management, query and reporting tools which will help them streamline administration and give them the information they need to support their strategic planning.”
