E-learning news in brief
– The Training Foundation and the European Institute for e-Learning (EIfEL)
have jointly announced that EIfEL certification is now available for candidates
who successfully complete the Certified e-Learning Professional and are awarded
a CeLP certificate or diploma by the UK Institute of IT Training. These
European awards will also qualify holders to apply for corporate membership of
EIfEL. The CeLP programme consists of some 300 learner hours of tutor-supported

– There are now 2,000 students from more than 80 different countries
enrolled in the KIT eLearning online masters programme. The programme is
available internationally in partnership with the University of Liverpool.
Courses are designed to completed in conjunction with a career and claim to be
