Average
pay deals have remained at 3 per cent in recent months, and there is little
sign of the figure increasing, according to a new report.
A
survey of 90 settlements in the three months to February showed average rises
of 3 per cent, although in the public sector the figure was 3.5 per cent.

Relations Services (IRS) said all the signs were that the figure would be
maintained for the foreseeable future.
