BP group vice-president of HR, Nick Starritt, who led the high-profile
outsourcing deal with US outsourcer Exult, has left the oil giant in the latest
restructuring round.
Starritt who was number one in Personnel Today’s Top 40 Power Players
listing earlier this year, is now on garden leave and considering offers of
employment.
The BP reorganisation means Starritt’s role is being split – there will now
be two group HR vice-presidents. He said the parting was amicable. "The
restructuring is part of the evolution of BP."
