At People Resolutions, we’ve had a busy summer and now October 2011 sees the release of our refreshed website and with it, a host of new and improved services to answer increased demand from our customers.

In addition to the current service of Conflict Management Services including Investigations, Mediation, Conflict Management Training, and HR Assessments, a new range of additional HR services include:

Management Development Programme:
Aimed at new and existing line-managers at all levels, our suite of programmes equip participants with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to effectively manage people on a day to day basis. This tailored programme can be tailored in line with your business requirements and can vary in length from 2.5 hour sessions to 1 day programmes.

HR Development Programme:
A programme comprising of a series of tailored knowledge, skills and practice based learning modules which underpin the principle activities of a commercially driven HRM/BP.  Modules combine knowledge with practical application to help embed learning as well as challenge mindset and behaviour.

NHS Conflict Management Programme:
After 11 years of working with the NHS Trusts across the UK, we’ve designed a suite of conflict training programmes specifically aimed at preventing and resolving conflict in the specialist and unique environment of the health sector.
