Positive discrimination: Positive contribution to the debate discovered online

by Personnel Today 24 Sep 2007
by Personnel Today 24 Sep 2007

I’ve just discovered Tony Pettengell’s piece ‘Why positive discrimination is a positively stupid idea’ via a Google search, and wanted to say well done on a well-written and balanced article.

Like Martin Luther King, I also once dreamed of a society where the content of someone’s personality counted rather than the colour of their skin. Instead, we seem to be swapping one form of racism for another.
