Rail
workers are planning further strikes after claiming London Underground is
refusing to implement a "jobs for life" deal.
The
FT reports the Rail Maritime and Transport Union intends to ballot members on
industrial action unless LU agrees to its terms.
LU
denies it is reneging on last year’s agreement.
The
deal is designed to safeguard jobs when private contractors take over parts of
the network.

the RMT said parts of the deal relating to redundancies have been watered down.
