Judges from
the HR and advertising world this week studied the entries in the annual
Recruitment Advertising Awards.
Reed
Business Information, publisher of Personnel Today, runs the awards, which are
now in their 12th year.
Entries
included adverts placed in all areas of the media, including television, radio,
newspapers, magazines, new media and mailshots.
Organisations
including large multinationals, transport companies, the police and dotcoms
vied for the most prestigious awards in the recruitment advertising industry.

Tracey
Yates, head of recruitment at One 2 One, said, “I think the standard has been
higher than ever before – but I think some companies have been restricted by
corporate messages. It is a pity some of them could not have been more
challenging.”
The winners
will be announced at the RADS award ceremony in London on 18 January.
