Sodexo appoints former AstraZeneca human resources director to head up HR in UK and Ireland

Contract catering firm Sodexo has appointed Natalie Bickford as its new human resources director for the UK and Ireland.

Bickford, will take up her new role in March, replacing Andrew Patrick who has been promoted to HR director for Europe.

Bickford was previously HR director at pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca. “I am very much looking forward to joining Sodexo at such an exciting time in the growth and development of the business,” she said.

It follows the appointment of Woolworths Group HR director Robin Mills at rival firm Compass Group in January, replacing long-serving HR executive director Mike Burton.

Sodexho rebranded from Sodexho Alliance at the start of the year.
