First Bus in Aberdeen is to hold talks with conciliation service Acas today in a bid to resolve ongoing industrial action over pay, the BBC has reported.

Earlier this month Unite union members at the bus company carried out a series of two-hour strikes after discussions broke down, and the union intends to continue action until the end of September unless the dispute can be solved.
Both Unite and First Aberdeen management have said the door to further negotiation remains open.
