Personnel Today and Deloitte are joining forces to investigate how prepared
people are for reporting human capital information in their operating financial
reviews (OFRs), as recommended by the Accounting for People Taskforce.

Two years ago, we researched Measuring Human Capital Value, and are now
updating our research to see how HR is getting ready for the challenge.

Denise Kingsmill, chair of the Accounting for People Taskforce, supports the
research.

"I’m delighted that Personnel Today and Deloitte are taking the
initiative to repeat the survey they conducted two years ago into measuring
human capital value," she said.
