British employers are lagging behind their European counterparts when it comes to training their employees, claims a new survey.
The survey, by the European School of Management, shows that only a quarter of the UK businesses questioned has a skills and competency system in place.
This compares with 77 per cent of Dutch companies and 68 per cent of French firms.
