The
number of jobless people has fallen by the largest amount for two years,
official figures show.
The
Office for National Statistics (ONS) said jobless numbers dropped by 73,000 in
the three months to January, and now sits at 1.459m.
However,
the number of people out of work and claiming benefit grew by 2,600 to 935,300.

Growth
in average earnings has fallen from 3.7 per cent to 3.6 per cent.
