Wal-Mart civil rights case would be a different class

US
supermarket giant Wal-Mart is facing what could become the biggest civil-rights
court case in history.

Investigating
a sexual discrimination lawsuit, a US judge is deciding whether claims from up
to 1.6 million present and former Wal-Mart employees should be dealt with
together as a class action.
