KPN selects Cezanne’s Talent Management Software to manage their international succession planning activities

KPN, the leading telecommunications and ICT service provider in The Netherlands, has extended its investment in Cezanne’s Human Capital Software solution.

KPN employs more than 25,000 people and has more than 38 million customers. The company already uses Cezanne’s organization charting software, HRCharter, to generate information-rich charts from their PeopleSoft system. The selection of Cezanne’s succession planning and career development software will provide KPN with an integrated and systematic approach to identifying and developing their key people.

Cezanne’s philosophy of building strong customer relationships gave KPN the confidence to extend their solution and purchase Cezanne’s Succession Planning module. As companies look to improve efficiencies and strengthen business operations it is important that they are able to evolve their system in line with transforming their business models. Cezanne’s complete talent solution provides companies with the opportunity and flexibility to do just that.
