HR consulting will be hived off from the main audit and advisory services.
Business process outsourcing and management consulting will also be demerged.

The aim is to make it easier to find strategic partners for these
enterprises. PwChead James Schiro said regulatory requirements for the auditing
function has inhibited the commercial freedom of the consulting side.
