Dorothy Wright has joined NHS Education for Scotland (NES) as director of HR and organisational development. She will be responsible for leading HR and contributing to corporate decision making.

Telecoms solutions provider MACH has recruited Dea-Anne D’Amico as vice-president global HR. D’Amico will sit on the executive team and lead all aspects of the HR function, helping set the global strategic direction. She was chief HR officer at The World Economic Forum until early 2008.
Debbie Rotchell has been promoted to HR director by Craegmoor Healthcare, the care provider for young people with special needs. Rotchell, previously head of HR, will join the senior management team. Her new role will be more strategically focused.
