Accor Services buys into benefits of self-service with stake in Motivano UK

Employment benefits provider, Accor Services, has acquired a 62% stake in self-service online benefits specialist Motivano UK for an undisclosed sum.

The current management of Motivano UK, which installs and operates self-service employee benefits systems online, will retain the other 38% of shares.

Alistair Denton, managing director of Motivano UK, said the backing of a strategic partner would improve the company profile.

“Accor Services will bring significant international capability to Motivano which will enable the acceleration of its European growth,” he said.

Human resources management group HR Access signed a partnership with Motivano to provide a stronger HR offering last July.
