Appointments: Clare Bye, Lesley Cotton and Sue Carroll

Clare Bye has been promoted to vice-president of HR at humidity control specialist Munters in recognition of her contribution to the company’s people management strategy. Bye will continue to maintain responsibility for the UK and Ireland, while widening her HR role to encompass Munters’ global strategy. She was previously head of HR for the company.

Lesley Cotton has joined Paramount Restaurants as group HR director. She was formerly group HR director at Holmes Place health clubs.

Portico, a corporate reception management service company in the City, has taken on Sue Carroll as HR and development manager. Carroll joins from the Dorchester Hotel, where she held a number of operational roles as well as the position of learning and development manager.
