Melek Gokay, a director of Perrals International Nursing Agency has been convicted of 10 counts of forging signatures on work permit applications.
She brought nurses and carers to the UK under the fraudulent work permits to improve the position of her business in a highly competitive sector of the recruitment market, the court was told.
