Jelf Employee Benefits Shortlisted For Two Corporate Adviser Awards

by Personnel Today 16 Dec 2010
by Personnel Today 16 Dec 2010

Jelf Employee Benefits is delighted to announce that it has been shortlisted for two more industry awards, having already received seven accolades at the Heath Insurance Awards, organised by Health Insurance Magazine.

They have been shortlisted for the Corporate Adviser Awards in the Healthcare Adviser of the Year and Best Cashplan Solution categories. The Corporate Adviser Awards 2011 are now in their fourth year and celebrate those advisers and providers that have brought real innovations to the field of workplace financial services.

  • The Healthcare Adviser category required Jelf Employee Benefits to demonstrate its expertise in improving the advice and service it offers to clients and provide details of how it has ensured high levels of training and competence amongst its advisers.  Additionally the company had to provide evidence about how it maintains consistency of service to its clients, offers value for money and uses new technology for its clients’ benefit.

  • The Best Cashplan Solution category required Jelf Employee Benefits to demonstrate innovation and excellence in advising and implementing cash plan solutions in the workplace including applying a rigorous process for selecting the most suitable cash plan provider and product for the employer. It also needed to show how it ensures that cash plans continue to provide value to employer and employees in the years after implementation
Commenting on the shortlisting, Glenn Thomas, managing director at Jelf Employee Benefits, said: “These are highly regarded awards, with a rigorous entry process and stiff competition.  Being shortlisted for these awards on top of our successes at the Health Insurance Awards is a real testimony of our extremely talented staff and the great relationships they form with our clients.”
