A round-up of the latest HR appointments.
NHS Employers has appointed Dean Royles as its new director. Royles will be joining NHS Employers from NHS North West, where he has worked as director of workforce and education since December 2007. He is also chair of the executive board of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.

Jacky Simmonds has been appointed group human resources director at TUI Travel. Simmonds replaces Bill Logan, who is retiring from his role after 12 years with the group. She first joined TUI Travel in 2000 as an HR manager and has held progressively more senior positions across the company. Simmonds took up her new role on 1 October 2010.
Bupa’s UK health and wellbeing business has appointed Craig McCoy as its new HR director. McCoy joins Bupa with more than 20 years’ HR experience across a wide variety of industries. He has worked for a number of blue-chip companies in the media technology, telecommunications and professional services sectors. Prior to joining Bupa, he was group HR director at BSkyB and an HR director at BT.
