The Department for Work and Pensions has appointed Joe Harley as programme
and systems delivery group director and chief information officer. He is
currently global chief information officer for ICI Paints, and will take up his
post by July.

The Bread Bakeries division of food company RHM has appointed Tina Oakley as
HR director. She was previously general manager of contactBA, a division of
British Airways, which oversees contact centres covering general customer
enquiries, direct sales, travel agent support and customer relationship
management.
After a two-year spell as HR director for the Rubicon Corporation, Quentin
Colborn has returned to his consultancy, QC People Management, where he will
specialise in employment relations, particularly the HR aspects of mergers and
acquisitions.
