Amicus to ballot Jaguar workers over strike action

Workers
at car-manufacturer Jaguar are being balloted on strike action over pay.

Trade
union Amicus is meeting with members over industrial action, BBC Online
reports.

Jaguar
has offered workers a two-year deal worth 4 per cent this year and 3 per cent
next year. However, Amicus claims the package is unacceptable because of
conditions the company wants to impose.
