Vice-president of people consulting practice CapGemini Ernst and Young UK Penny Stocks has described e-HR as vital for keeping knowledge within a company.
Speaking at yesterday’s self-service HR conference in London, Stocks said a “radical investment” is needed to implement “the most difficult part of HR”.
She said, “E-HR will enable the employer to retain knowledge within the company and not lose it every day at 5.30pm.”
