Alexander Mann Solutions takes over Capital Consulting

Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) firm Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS), has acquired Capital Consulting for an undisclosed sum.

It follows a £100m management buy-out in December of AMS, led by Rosaleen Blair, chief executive, with backing from private equity group, Graphite Capital.

Blair will oversee operation of the combined company, which will continue as two separate brands.

RPO firm Capital Consulting operates in Europe and Asia Pacific, and its turnover increased from £16.9m in 2005 to £20m in 2007.
