The organisers of the HR Forum, held annually on a luxury P&O cruise ship, are confident that the event will go ahead as planned, despite problems with the venue, the liner Aurora.
The ship, which has been struggling with engine problems, is due to host the event for the cream of the HR sector in May.

Jessica Whysall, project manager at Richmond Events, said the liner’s problems would not affect the event. “By May the ship will be fixed, and as far as we know P&O will not be taking it out of service.”
The HR Forum will feature keynote speeches from futurist Larry Hochman and leadership guru Stephen Covey.
