Physical
and verbal attacks on traffic wardens in Brighton have become so bad that they
are being asked to record any incidents in a special diary.
Brighton
and Hove City Council have ordered the wardens to fill in the ledgers so that
they can monitor the situation and have a point of reference in the event of
legal action.
