Bob Watson, group HR director at Bupa, collected the overall winner trophy
at the Personnel Today Awards for 2002.
The award, presented by Personnel Today editor Noel O’Reilly and Ricky
Gervais, star of the BBC sitcom The Office, acknowledged the effort by Bupa’s
HR team to deliver an intensive change programme at the business.
