Busy Bees upgrades its technology

Childcare voucher provider Busy Bees is to embark on a major technology investment programme.

Busy Bees Childcare Vouchers, which manages childcare voucher schemes for more than 100,000 working parents employed by 14,000 organisations, is to invest more than £3m in technology.

The Staffordshire-based company is to invest in a brand new operating system, telephony and a customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Simon Moore, Busy Bees managing director, said: “The commitment to spend £3m on improved technology in 2009 will enable us to deliver significant enhancements to the customer experience, and demonstrates our commitment to expansion.”
